2026 Combat Control Reunions

No matter how long it’s been since you wore the beret, the brotherhood never really goes away. The job may end, but the responsibility to each other doesn’t—and that’s what these reunions are really about. They’re a chance to keep in touch, check on your buddies, make sure everyone’s still doing alright, and bring the newer generation into the fold.
Here are three Combat Control reunions in 2026 that do exactly that.
Las Vegas CCT Reunion — April 23–26, 2026

What’s happening in Las Vegas:
Dedication Ride honoring fallen brothers
Golf tournament
Motorcycle rides, including the SoCal Loop Ride
Registration reception with open bar
Pool party
Poker tournament

Casual evenings spent catching up and checking in
Pope CCT Reunion — September 24–26, 2026
📍Southern Pines, North Carolina
What’s planned for Pope:
Tour of the Combat Control School
Visit to the Special Warfare School Heritage Center
Opportunity to observe current Combat Control procedures
Poolside social with Bloody Marys and mimosas
Texas Hold’em tournament
Golf event
Reunion banquet with open bar
Official reunion coin and shirt
Nashville CCT Reunion — May 13-17, 2026
📍Nashville, TN
Initial information for the Nashville Reunion – 13 through 17 May 2026
Location: TOWNEPLACE Suites by Marriott, 7153 South Springs Road, Franklin, TN 37067, phone 615-861-1111, FAX 615-861-1600.
Room rate is $131.00 per night plus tax. Be sure to mention Combat Control Reunion when making your reservation for this rate. When you are ready to make a reservation, let me know via email (email listed at the end) or text, and I will send you a link that goes straight to our blocked rooms.
Marriott has reserved 25 rooms for us. When you make your reservations, identify the room as a 2 Queen or a single King. Reservations should be made by April 15, 2026. I am working with the Hotel staff for additional rooms if needed. After the 15th, contact me and I will see what I can work out with them.
ANYONE PLANNING TO COME IN EARLY, PLEASE SEND ME THE DATES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, SO I CAN GET ROOM RESERVATIONS SET UP. I WII BE THERE THE12TH OR 13TH.
If things change and you can’t make the reunion, you can cancel up to days prior with no charges made against your credit cards.
The Hotel has changed ownership and has a new staff. I have talked with the current management. I have been able to get the rate for the Reunion down to $131.00 plus tax. Expect to have approximately 5 people checking in on the 13TH OR EARLIER.
PROPOSED ACTIVITY SCHEDULE:
Arrive Wednesday, May 13, 2026. A small number of people are coming in earlier, and the hotel is using the same price. Dinner with friends, there are numerous good restaurants in the area. Expect to have approximately 5 people checking in on the 13TH OR EARLIER.
Thursday, 14 May 2026:
Golf in the a.m. for those who want to play. Ron Lock and Charlie Rapp are setting up to play golf. I will send Ron's contact information to those who would like to play. Visit – Shop and enjoy the area or take a break.
FRIDAY 15, MAY 2026:
The following activity is being coordinated and is still subject to some changes.
Have arranged for Dave’s Famous BBQ to set up and catered BBQ lunch at the Hotel around Noon
I have confirmed with the coordinator of the entertainment that the band is set for around 2:00 or 2:30. JESSIE AND NOAH BELLAMY 2ND GENERATION BELLAMY BROS WILL BE PLAYING. Same band, we have had for the past 3 years.
Informal gathering for evening meal and drinks (if you are still hungry)
Saturday, 16 May 2026:
Golf in the AM. Free Day ENJOY. 1800hrs Evening Dinner at The Brewhouse South. (next door to the Hotel). The place is pretty loud, so we will not have a lot of speakers (we will hold that for when we get back to the hotel veranda.
Sunday, 17 May 2026: Breakfast, goodbyes, depart for home.

Jeff Slayton and Max Goodman are helping get this together. Eddie Howard may be bringing up some of the Country Store on Friday. May have a few more newcomers this year. WORKING ON approval from the Foundation and CCA for assistance.
